Ron Cooper:

Ron works with businesses to increase profits and personnel retention and not-for-profit organizations to improve efficiency by devising or improving processes, instituting leadership principles, and adapting to human behavior traits that result in high-performing work cultures. He works this through organizational assessments from which he assesses current performance and then tailors support initiatives to improve communication and organizational trust, which contributes to high-performing work cultures. He is a John Maxwell certified leadership trainer, public speaker, personal performance coach, certified DISC human behavior consultant, and mentor with over 30 years of active-duty Air Force fight pilot, command, and industry support experience. Ron has led large organizations and is currently serving as a certified leadership and personal performance coach, teacher, and public speaker. He is leveraging his military experience to help transform businesses and associations to improve work performance and profits. Ron adds value to people and organizations by teaching critical thinking skills to address and enhance personal and organizational effectiveness. He has published several leadership and organizational articles for trade magazines, has been awarded leadership awards, is featured on podcasts and radio programs, and has been awarded recognition for his research.

Despite his professional commitments, Ron's dedication to his work extends to his personal life. He has been married to Marty for 56 years, and together, they work with families and businesses to develop and maintain connected relationships.

Marty earned a paralegal degree from the University of Miami. She worked directly with Janet Reno, Attorney General, when working in Florida. Marty is leveraging 36 years dedicated federal government service to add value to others by helping others achieve their maximum potential through personality behavioral interaction and as an Intentional Living Facilitator/consultant/mentor.

As a trainer in the DISC Model of Human Behavior and an Executive Director with the global John Maxwell Team, I speak and train on crucial areas of communication, leadership, relationships, and personal performance that every organization must address to achieve and sustain a high performing work culture. Utilizing DISC, I can help teams reduce workplace conflict, increase employee engagement, lower turnover, and drastically increase sales growth. I am proud to use the principles shared by my mentor, John Maxwell, to develop leadership teams. John is considered the world’s #1 leadership expert and his principles are used around the world today.

Marty works with large and small organizations through her personality dynamics assessments and Intentional Living certification training to help businesses and individuals develop their leadership skills while increasing personal and corporate productivity. She is following her passion to add value to people and organizations by equipping people to understand personality dynamics that result in increased personal and organizational effectiveness.
